Don't forget to attend our monthly PTSA Association Meeting this Wednesday, Nov. 2nd at 8:00am in the library. We try to do early morning meetings along with evening ones - which gives some of our parents who work later hours an opportunity to attend. See you there!
This week, we celebrate Red Ribbon Week to promote drug prevention awareness. Each day is themed to remind our kids to say no to drugs - so don't forget to dress to participate!
Monday - Sock It To Drugs! Crazy Socks Day.
Tuesday - Turn Your Back On Drugs! Wear your clothes backwards.
Wednesday - Shade Out Drugs! Wear your sunglasses to school.
Thursday - Wear Red! Respect yourself, be drug free!
Friday - Recitation of the Red Ribbon Pledge at the morning assembly.
Hey Lockhurst Families! NEW LOCATION for Trunk or Treat on Friday, Oct. 28th.
Please note that Trunk or Treat will NOT be held on the Lockhurst campus as originally planned.
Lockhurst's Trunk or Treat will now be held just a few blocks north, in the parking lot of St. Bernadine's Preschool at the corner of Calvert and Valley Circle (24425 Calvert St, Woodland Hills, CA 91367).
Time remains the same - 6pm to 8pm. Food, music and games start the night! Trunk or Treating to begin about 6:45pm.
